Ruben Sanca is running the 5,000m at the London Olympics for Cape Verde – make sure to check out the live stream on NBC on Wednesday, August 8th by going to this link: LIVE FEED – the stream starts at 5AM. First 5,000m heat is slated to go off at 5:45AM EST, & second heat goes off at 6:06AM EST. (Ruben’s in the 2nd heat).
