We know plenty of you will be using Saturday, March 24th, to complete your last long training run on the Boston Marathon course. RaceMenu will be on the Boston Marathon course providing a water stop for all runners! We’ll be joined by some RACE Ambassadors and plenty of other friends – including St Joe’s Prep Alumni Volunteers & Malden Catholic track runners, and plan on being out there from 10:30AM to 1:30PM.

Wanna hang with us? Sign up here!

WHERE WE’LL BE: The Somerville Road Runners use a great spot at the 18.6 Mile/30K mark during the marathon as a cheer section & water stop for SRR members. We’ll be using the same spot in the middle grassy island along the carriage road on this training day!

The site is in the 1200 block of Commonwealth Avenue in Newton. Nearest major cross streets are Chestnut & Lowell; it is a few blocks before Newton City Hall.

We’ll have some music playing for ya so make sure to stop for a drink or just give us a wave. Comment below and let us know what we need out there besides water – any particular food/drink? What songs get you pumped up that we NEED to have on a playlist?

  • I tried to sign up to help out with the water stop, but got a message that I didn’t have access to the document… I’d love to help out tomorrow. Please email me: with the details if you’re still looking for people to come help out.
